Justin Bieber was full of surprises at the August 7 Teen Choice Awards. The Teen Dream showed up sporting, among other bizarre things, a sparse but clearly discernible growth of upper lip fuzz. This wasn't Biebs' first attempt at starting a stache. What is intriguing about his sudden decision to cultivate some facial hair is the timing. Is JB growing a mustache to impress Selena Gomez?
