The four finalists of "American Idol" were returning to the stage on Wednesday, May 11 to compete for the top three spots. With Lady GaGa as guest mentor, they performed two songs: one is an inspirational song, and the other is from Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller's catalog. Top 4 performance review:
James Durbin opened with Journey's "Don't Stop Believin' ".
James sang "Love Potion No. 9", and GaGa told him to shake his hips because he looks sexy when he does it.
Haley Reinhart delivered her version of Michael Jackson's "The Earth Song".
The second round was started off with Haley's performance of "I Who Have Nothing"
Scotty McCreery came out next with "Where Were You When the World Stopped Turning" by Alan Jackson
Scotty opted for "Young Blood" and he delivered it with his comedy style
Martina McBride's "Anyway" was Lauren Alaina's pick for the first round.
Lauren with "Trouble". She was worried about what people might think of her because the song says "I'm evil", but GaGa convinced her to do it anyway
