Pete Wentz Responds To Ashlee Simpson's Divorce FilingPete Wentz has responded in court to his estranged wife's divorce filing with one of his own, asking a court award the divorcing couple joint custody of their 2-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli.
Wentz, who cited irreconcilable difference as reason for his split from Ashlee Simpson, checked off the box asking for joint legal and physical custody of the toddler.
Simpson, in her filing of last month had also cited irreconcilable differences and asked for joint legal custody, but asked for her to be awarded primary physical custody of their son, with Wentz only being given visitation. She also asked for spousal support, for Wentz to pay her attorney fees and for a judge to return her legal name to Ashlee Nicole Simpson. more
