SIMON COWELL DIKURNIAKAN BAYI LELAKI

Pengkritik muzik paling laser kelahiran British, Simon Cowell adalah orang yang sangat gembira pada saat ini, lebih-lebih lagi selepas dia dikurniakan seorang bayi lelaki hasil hubungannya bersama teman wanitanya, Lauren Silverman.

Menerusi laman Twitter miliknya, Simon Cowell telah berkongsi gambar bayi lelakinya pada Ahad lalu.

"Sekarang..anda boleh melihat betapa kacaknya si kecil Eric," kata Simon Cowell yang sudah pun menamakan anak tersebut dengan nama yang disukainya.

Simon Cowell dan Lauren Silevrman telah memperolehi cahaya mata yang pertama itu pada Hari Kekasih yang jatuh pada tanggal 14 Februari lalu.

"Eric telah dilahirkan pada jam 5.45 petang. Sihat dan kacak. Ibunya, Lauren pula berada dalam keadaan yang baik. Terima kasih kepada semua yang memberikan ucapan tahniah," kata Simon lagi.

Pasangan ini menamakan anak pertama mereka itu sempena nama bapa Simon Cowell, Eric Selig Phillip Cowell yang meninggal dunia pada 1999.

The two-and-a-half minute clip starts with the judges (Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, L.A. Reid and Paula Abdul) listening to auditionees singing the famous song from Annie, Tomorrow, and the judges, especially Simon can be seen praising the mediocre performance.

We thought not, because the clip then shows Simon waking up in his bed at home and saying: "Wow! What a horrible nightmare!"

And that's when real footage from auditions across America are shown and of course, Simon can be seen dishing out his array of insults, including: "That was horrific" and "you're talented, but deluded."

Simon Cowell has blasted Sir Elton John for criticising TV talent shows.

The 'X Factor' boss – who has previously also judged ‘American Idol’ and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ - accused the 'Rocket Man' singer of being selfish and money-orientated after he accused the shows of being boring and exploiting the artists who take part.

He said: "Well, look. This is somebody who charges what, a million dollars a private gig? Two million dollars, you know? I don't know whether he's concerned about himself -- maybe he is."
